I was living in my mother’s 3 bedroom house with my two sons (15 and 7 at the time). Sharing a room as my adult brother and sister also lived there.
I was told the home was not crowded, we could not move without being in the way of each other but this was created through the current housing crisis and cost of living crisis.
Being that I was not in a crowded house I have never been a priority and had to take matters into my own hands. Currently paying £1600 for rent and borrowing/trying to earn more for bills, food and other necessities.
This is exactly what was wanted.. Push those that cannot live that way anymore.
What would be needed to become a priority or do you just have to dedicate your life to becoming a nuisance to the council instead of working to try provide?
