Why are there so many empty houses, flats and a few bungalows. I am disabled and I have made homeless due to a nasty judge who took the side of a iying bully with a criminal record make sell my home so he could a bigger place. I’m disabied be put in a refuge down the other end of the country. While there are empty homes to suit elderly (69)year old woman who has been beaten black and blue and suffers from social anxiety. Plus lots of other people while the empty places just rotting away.
