Also forgot to add i think shared ownership is a waste of time many of us can’t afford it anyways , if you have money for shared ownership then you should be able to buy your own place , the focus should be on social and affordable rented homes not shared ownership, I’m seeing far to many shared ownership popping up including where it was once all social rents . Also why all the one beds , I get people need support or elderly but just building 1 beds seems a waste many need family sized homes 2 to 4 beds
